Companies and individuals who collaborate with us and use our services often request that we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This agreement ensures the protection of their intellectual property rights and the confidentiality of their business processes.

Compass DMH Projects agrees to:

• Treat the Confidential Information received as strictly private and implement the appropriate precautions and security measures to keep it confidential, preventing access, theft, or manipulation, including by its employees and/or collaborators;
• Not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties without express authorization and use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services;
• Return to the Disclosing Party, upon their simple written request, all writings, drawings, prints, audio/video recordings, and anything else materially related to the Confidential Information provided.
