Our in-house workshop and trusted suppliers, whom we rely on for more specialized machining, allow us to provide the customer with tailor-made parts.
To ensure unique components specifically designed for the project, we perform various operations such as drilling, threading, tapping, facing, grinding, satin finishing, and coloring.
Reverse engineering
Reverse engineering is a widely used technique that speeds up the design process by allowing us to recreate CAD models of specific parts. Using a state-of-the-art 3D scanner with multifunctional structured light technology, we can recreate the object in a digital file in real-time.
This provides a significant advantage in automation development and better integration with any existing conditions.
Rapid Prototyping
In addition to machines for chip removal, our workshop also includes an area dedicated to 3D modeling and rapid prototyping using 3D printers.
We are able to produce exclusive components, both to be integrated into robotic systems and to provide accessories needed for the production line, such as masks or jigs.
Our service meets the demand for advanced on-demand prototyping, for the production of small batches and functional display models.
