TECHNICAL FILAMENTS

Choose from a wide range of technical filaments for 3D printers, designed for industrial and complex applications. These materials allow you to create functional prototypes, ensuring precision and durability.

For high-performance prints, carbon-reinforced filaments can be used for increased strength, or materials with ESD properties for electronic applications. Engineering filaments offer the ability to create end-use products with the same thermoplastics used in everyday objects, combining reliability and professional quality.

ABS HyperFLow

High-flow ABS filament, designed to improve printability and reduce warping. It offers excellent impact resistance and heat resistance, maintaining great mechanical properties. Ideal for functional prototypes, mechanical components, and industrial applications. Perfect for the automotive, electronics, and manufacturing sectors, thanks to its high durability and dimensional stability. Ensures professional results and defined details, improving layer adhesion.

TPU (shore 60A->98A)

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a flexible filament available in various hardness levels, ranging from ultra-soft (60A) to semi-rigid (98A). Soft TPUs (60A-75A) are ideal for seals, shock absorbers, and elastic parts, while the stiffer ones (95A-98A) offer greater resistance for technical components and ergonomic grips. It has excellent abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and chemical resistance, making it ideal for automotive, electronics, and industrial devices.

PC

Polycarbonate (PC) is an extremely resistant filament, with thermal stability up to 140°C and excellent rigidity. Perfect for mechanical components, structural parts, and high-performance industrial applications, it ensures high impact resistance and heat resistance. Widely used in the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries for the production of high-strength parts.

PC ABS

The Polycarbonate (PC) and ABS blend is an advanced polymer alloy designed to offer an optimal combination of impact resistance, thermal stability, and surface quality. This UL94 V0 certified filament ensures fire safety. It is certified for use in the automotive and railway industries, offering an excellent balance between strength and workability.

ABS ESD

ABS filament with antistatic (ESD) properties, designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharges. It maintains the mechanical and thermal resistance of traditional ABS, with a good surface finish. Perfect for electronic enclosures, laboratory equipment, and devices for controlled environments.

PP-CF

Carbon fiber reinforced PP filament, offering an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and high chemical resistance. The presence of carbon fiber enhances rigidity and dimensional stability, making it ideal for structural components, automotive, marine, and aerospace industries. Perfect for applications where lightweight and high strength are required.

PA

Nylon (PA) is a highly resistant technical filament, perfect for applications requiring high performance under stress and wear conditions. Thanks to its excellent mechanical resistance, Nylon can withstand heavy loads, torsion, and impacts without compromising structural integrity. Additionally, it offers exceptional wear resistance, making it ideal for gears, bearings, sliding guides, and other moving parts requiring long-term durability.

The Nylon (PA) filament is also known for its exceptional resistance to chemicals such as oils, solvents, and aggressive substances, making it particularly suitable for industrial applications in harsh environments. Its ability to maintain dimensional stability and performance even at high temperatures makes it the perfect choice for manufacturing components exposed to thermal stress.

Due to these properties, PA is widely used in sectors such as automotive, robotics, engineering, and aerospace, where a combination of strength, durability, and reliability is required. Perfect for creating functional prototypes, custom parts, and complex mechanical components.

PA-CF / PA-GF

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon and Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon are both advanced solutions for technical applications requiring high strength, but each offers specific advantages.

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon is particularly suitable for components that require high stiffness, light weight, and high fatigue resistance, such as gears, drones, and aerospace parts, where reducing weight without compromising strength is crucial.

In contrast, Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon offers greater wear resistance and superior mechanical strength under continuous stress, making it ideal for industrial applications and components operating in high-friction environments, such as gears, bearings, and moving parts.

While carbon fiber provides greater stiffness and superior fatigue resistance performance, glass fiber is a more cost-effective choice while still maintaining an excellent balance between strength and durability. Both materials offer outstanding performance in advanced industrial contexts.

STANDARD FILAMENTS

Choose from a wide range of standard filaments for 3D printers, designed to be easy to use and accessible to everyone.

These materials ensure reliable and high-quality printing, making them ideal for prototypes, models, and everyday objects, suitable for both beginners and experienced users.

PLA

PLA is a biodegradable filament derived from natural resources like corn starch and sugarcane. It offers excellent print quality, precise details, and ease of use, with no need for a closed chamber. It has low shrinkage and minimal warping, making it ideal for prototypes, aesthetic models, and decorative objects. Perfect for those seeking an eco-friendly and easy-to-print material.

PETG

PETG combines the mechanical strength of ABS with the ease of printing of PLA. It has high transparency, chemical resistance, and excellent layer adhesion, reducing the risk of delamination. Ideal for functional components, food containers, mechanical parts, and objects subjected to stress. Perfect for applications requiring durability and impact resistance.

ASA

ASA is a filament highly resistant to UV rays, weather conditions, and high temperatures, making it ideal for outdoor applications. It offers excellent mechanical and chemical properties, similar to ABS, but with greater dimensional stability and less warping. Perfect for printing automotive components, urban furniture, and parts exposed to the elements.

ABS

ABS is a robust, impact-resistant technical filament, with good thermal stability and post-printability (can be smoothed with acetone). It offers excellent mechanical resistance, but requires a controlled environment to reduce warping. Ideal for functional prototypes, mechanical parts, and industrial applications where durability and heat resistance are required.

SUPPORT FILAMENTS

Choose from our range of support filaments, both mechanically removable and soluble, for 3D printers. Designed to ensure stability and precision, these materials are ideal for printing complex geometries, overhangs, and intricate details, providing reliable support during the printing process.

Soluble filaments dissolve easily in specific solvents, leaving a clean finish without residue, while removable filaments can be manually detached without damaging the print. Perfect for industrial and professional applications, they improve print quality and simplify the post-production process.

HIPS

HIPS is a filament with excellent impact resistance and ease of processing, often used as a soluble support material in limonene for ABS. It has low shrinkage and good layer adhesion, making it ideal for prototypes, modeling, and lightweight components. Perfect for multi-material prints and easily removable supports, ensuring smooth surfaces and precise details.

BVOH

BVOH is a water-soluble filament designed to be used as a support material for PLA, PETG, ABS, and other technical polymers. It dissolves quickly in water, leaving clean surfaces and precise details. Ideal for complex prints, suspended geometries, and multi-material components, ensuring easy removal without damaging the main model.
